CDs left in the apartment

I wanted to focus again on the CDs found in Johnia's apartment. The discs didn't belong to Johnia or Jason, so the obvious conclusion would be that they were left by someone else, possibly the killer. Also, a person posted anonymously sometime ago regarding the CDs. Here's an excerpt from that post -

"...I told them about a drug user that fits the description, he robbed me once, he had gotten away with stabbing one person I know of in the months before her death, and he is from Kentucky. I am pretty sure he had never been arrested yet, so there would be no prints to run. He drove a silver Camary with Kentucky tags and had an inheritance that he was blowing on drugs. It only came in payments to him, so when he ran out of the money, he robbed, and stabbed, people to get what he wanted. He used to hang out with the gay community that was pushing meth and cocain in the west side of town..."
